These Lazy Susan boards (or potentially serving trays) are Wonderful! First off, these particular boards are limited in number as the came from a local summer camp on Whidbey Island. The company I work for was helping to clean up and rehab the art building, and these are the seats from the old tables. Rough on the edges, original marks still on the bottom, these are truly one-of-a-kind. 14” Oak rounds on the turn table.
These are some of my favorite things to make. Any color can be applied, and they are perfect for having on your coffee or dinner table. I make these from a single piece of reclaimed wood, burn and then resin, then cut into individual coasters. When laid out, you can see where the resin connects to each of the other coasters.
The hanging bottle openers are the humble beginnings of Voltage Wood Works. Fun, creative, and when displayed, hopefully a conversation starter. This are made from plywood, and moving forward, from reclaimed wood. The bottle cap bin is hand made, and at some point, I may introduce custom engraving on the front. Includes mounting hardware.
The Serving/Display trays are as unique as the art within them. Depending on the wood stock that I have, the type, color and size of the trays will differ. Color is also going to differ depending on the amount of color pigment, whether is mixed with other colors, and the type of wood it’s being used in. Sizes, shapes, and thicknesses will also be different as I try and use reclaimed wood for all the products that I offer. The Charcuterie Boards are typically Oak, but the type may differ depending on what I have in stock. The colors are not guaranteed as it will differ depending on how much pigment is used, the color of wood it is being used on, and whether or not it’s mixed with different colors. I try to use reclaimed wood, so just about every piece will be different on some form or fashion. I will also be offering holiday or seasonal boards.
